The headquarters of Rustic Ltd is in Baia Mare, str. Victoriei nr.136A, jud. Maramureș and its activity is performed on a full surface of 8.840 sqm, land and buildings, namely:
- Weinnmann hall - 680 sqm net area, for the production of wooden houses, sandwich system
- Hundegger and Weinig hall - 1140 sqm net area, for the production of massive wood houses
- Homag hall - 250 sqm net area, for the production of wooden stairways and sculpted panels
- Joinery workshop, press, paint room - 600 sqm net area, for the production of doors and windows with double glazed glass
- Mechanical workshop - 120 sqm net area
- Wood dryer – 250 sqm net area.
Also, Rustic is the owner of a land with a 13.475 sqm area, dedicated to the storage of wooden material and for the future building of new production facilities
